A few things to know before your next visit.
How do I join?
Ask the team at either shop for a one-time enrollment code. Register on your own phone and save your membership number and password.
Do I need an app?
No. Your card lives on the NORMAL website. Open it in your phone's browser whenever you visit.
How do I earn stamps?
Show your QR at the counter when you order. Your cashier confirms your paid receipt and adds one stamp per eligible drink. Scanning alone does not add stamps.
How do I earn a free drink?
Each qualifying paid drink earns one stamp. At 9 stamps, a reward is added to your card and the next round starts. Categories: Hot Drinks, Cold Drinks, Matcha, Ube, Ice Tea, Mojitos, Mocktails.
What can I redeem?
One eligible drink per reward. There is currently no monetary cap. The conditions shown on your card apply to each earned reward. Free drinks do not earn stamps.
How do I get my free drink?
Once a reward appears on your card, show it at either shop. Choose an eligible drink and enter your six-digit redemption PIN with the cashier. Each redemption uses one reward.
Where can I see my stamps?
Choose My rewards and sign in with your membership number and password. Your card shows your stamp progress, available rewards, and recent activity.
What happens if I change phones?
Sign in on your new phone with the same membership number and password. Your stamps stay with your account. If you lose your sign-in details, visit either shop for an in-person account recovery.
Do rewards expire?
New rewards currently have no expiry. Any previously earned reward keeps the expiry date shown on your card.
What happens if a purchase is refunded?
Its stamps are reversed. Unused rewards may be revoked. If a reward has already been redeemed, future stamps first clear the resulting deficit.
Which shop can I use?
Visit Bab El Okla or Av Al Joulan. Your card works at both shops, every day from 07:00 to 00:00.
Can someone else use my QR?
A QR can only be looked up by signed-in staff. It cannot sign anyone into your account, and redemption needs your six-digit PIN. Ask the team to reissue your QR if it is compromised.
